ter rises to 40-50 ℃. (2) Add 1-2 mL/L hydrogen peroxide with a volume fraction of 30%, stir briefly, and let it settle for 1 hour. (3) Add 1.2-2.5g/L activated carbon and stir thoroughly. (4) Heat the solution to 60-65 ℃, add nickel carbonate, and adjust the pH value to 5.2-5.5 while stirring. If more nickel carbonate is to be used, stirring assisted dissolution and settling for 8-16 hours are necessary. (5) Filter to the electroplating tank. (6) Add and dissolve boric acid, and add water to the required volume. Check if the composition of the test tank liquid is qualified and prepare it. (7) Use large-area nickel plated corrugated steel plates as cathodic electrolysis purification. The average current density is 0.5A/dm2,0.5-1.5A · h/L for electrolysis. The solution should be stirred and maintained at a temperature of 50-60 ℃. Detect certain points of the test coating obtained at ordinary current density to evaluate appearance, stress, and sulfur content in the coating. If the requirements are not met, continue electrolysis. (8) Remove the electrolytic cathode and adjust the pH value to the range specified in the process.

② Daily tank liquid purification technology (1) High pH treatment includes adding nickel carbonate to a high-temperature solution to raise the pH value of the solution to 5.0-5.5, which can cause metal ions such as iron, aluminum, and silicon to form hydroxide precipitates and adsorb other impurities. Adding hydrogen peroxide oxidizes ferrous ions into a more easily precipitated state at high pH values and destroys organic impurities. (2) Use activated carbon to remove organic impurities. (3) Electrolytic purification removes most harmful metal impurities, ions, and organic impurities.

03 Conclusion

The main intention of this article is to explore the management and maintenance of the plating solution together, so as to keep the plating solution in a stable state and achieve the best electroplating effect.
